Marybeth Griffin

My name is Marybeth Griffin and I am the founder of this extraordinary place! I was fortunate enough to have taught special education for 27 years in the public school setting. In the Summer of 2022, I made the decision to bring the love and dedication I have, for the work that I do, to the adult community. My vision is to develop a program for individuals with disabilities that has a foundation built on a commitment to the social well-being of our individuals.

Opportunities for authentic social experiences create relationships, and ultimately from those relationships, a sense of belonging. When you feel connected you have trust and with trust you feel safe to try new experiences. We offer experiences within the community such as banking, shopping, personal care and wellness (i.e. salon/barber, exercise classes etc…) Additionally, within our own space we have created a simulated apartment for our individuals to develop skills in the area of functional daily living. Wonderful things are happening and there are many more to come – stay tuned!
Best,
Marybeth Griffin (aka Griff)
